When I enabled the XMP profile (3600mhz), I can' boot and get error: Memory overclocking fail and I have to press F1 to disable the XMP and boot normally with RAM speed: 2133mhz.
There's a strong possibility that you can enable XMP with this kit but force the dram voltage to 1.35v instead of the 1.4v XMP asks for. I know it sounds strange but there's a couple threads having the same issue with the same memory and forcing 1.35v fix
